Quantity assurance and After-sales service of our paper making machine
Quantity assurance:
1.The seller should ensure that the products they offer are
brand-new and unused. The equipment should be the latest design and made of
suitable material. They should design and manufacture the machine strictly
abided by the technical requirements signed by two sides and national and
industry standards of paper machine.
2.After the production line is installed and debugged under
correct guidance of the seller, they should assure that the whole line will
produce qualified products 7days after smooth operation and reach the
requirements specified by technical standards within 30 days
3.The supplier will appoint 1~2 technicians to install at the
spot and ensure the installation safely and duly. The buyer will be responsible
for the salary and accommodation of the technicians.
4.The seller should ensure the equipment
they offer are safe to use and no hidden dangerous.
5.Quality assurance date: the quality assurance will be carried
out based on the contract.
6.The seller need to ensure that they will be responsible for any
fault, breakdown, damage of the production line caused by the seller's
responsibility of the design, technical craft, manufacturing, installation,
debugging, or the fault of material during the quality assurance period set in
the contract.
7.During the quality assurance period, the buyer can make request
to change the goods once they find that the goods are inconsistent with what
described in the contract or they have got the proof of goods’ fault.
8.The seller should ensure that the spare parts of paper machine
can be replaced universally and meet the requirements of systematization,
standardization, generalization.
After-sales service:
1.The seller should be responsible for the
installation、debugging、and production, ensure the achievement of
planned economic goal during the planning period and offer the spare parts in
time.
2. The technical training of related
personnel: the seller will be responsible for training technical backbone from
buyer on the spot. The personnel of buyer should master the related skills of
operation and maintain and can adjust the technical craft and deal with the
fault in time after being trained.
3. The seller promises that after receiving
the notice of quality problem from buyer, they will respond within 12 hours for
common problem, and will respond within 24 hours for the important problems and
will appoint the specially-assigned person to settle the problem on the spot
with customer. The seller promises to offer spare parts in a long term with
discount price and quick speed.
4.The seller promises to offer a lifelong
tracking service for buyer.
5. The seller need to ensure that they will be responsible for any

the contract.
